Counseling and Mental Health Resources

Eastside has always maintained a high value on personal mental health and wholeness. In 2019, during our Lenten series on the spectrum of human emotions, we created a list of local mental health experts. In this taxing season and in an effort to normalize that this time is full of stress and trauma, we have updated this list and want to re-present it to the congregation as we know many of us are in search of people to talk with about our fears, anxiety, worry, addiction, and many other emotions we may be experiencing. We also acknowledge how straining this time can be on all of our relationships, with our spouses, with our partners, with our children, and all others. This list covers a wide range of mental health specialists. Please use this list as a trusted resource provided by the therapy community at Eastside.

We also would like  to mention that Eastside has a  grant  available for those in need of  financial aid. To apply or if you have any questions about the list please email [email protected].
